Happy New Year to all.

We have just published our 2021 prices in anticipation of some form of normality in the coming months.

Please note irrespective of any potential easing in lockdown procedures we will at our discretion continue to manage bookings and social distancing needs on an ad-hoc basis - verging on the side of caution in the best interests of our guests, the ommunity and ourselves.  We will continue implement the following as a policy which will be reviewed as the year progresses:

•  we manage bookings to a 'headcount'
•  we have restricted tents and other units dependant on our facilities to a max of 6 or 7 pitches
•  we have stopped 1 night stays until further notice (except Pods)
•  we have removed bookings from 3rd party sites such as Pitchup, thus requiring direct contact with us
•  we are only allowing pre-booked stays and not accepting guests passing the gate
•  we are encouraging guests with their own facilities to use them first (if possible)

Additonal changes for this year relate to Pods and Vouchers.

We are discontinuing our relationship with 3rd Party Voucher providers for 2021.

As agreed with the 3rd party providers we will accept all existing vouchers for stays booked up to and including 31st July 2021.  Vouchers can only be purchased through Red Letter Days, Smartbox, and Buyagift up to and including 30th April 2021.
